How can I get a Loyalty Love card? Larkspur developed the Loyalty Love program to say Thanks! to our valued, regular customers. Simply ask for an application the next time you visit Larkspur. Fill it out, give it to your server, and we will activate your card. You start earning Loyalty Love points the first time you use the card!

 

What is the Loyalty Love Program? The Loyalty Love program rewards Larkspur’s frequent diners with points toward their next visits. We will promote additional specials like Double Points and other prizes to our Loyalty Love cardholders on a regular basis.

 

How do I redeem my Loyalty Love points? Each time you visit Larkspur you receive 10% of your total check (before tax and tip) in the form of points (dollar for dollar, a $100 check = 10 points). These points are accumulated on your Loyalty Love account. To redeem accumulated points, simply inform your server. Your points are deducted from your check. If a balance due remains, you pay that balance and earn new points on it for a future visit.

 

How long will the program run? The program will continue as long as it provides benefit to our valued guests and as long as the cardholders follow the guidelines (below) that Larkspur sets forth. Larkspur reserves the right to cancel the program at any time without notice.

 

Where can I use my Loyalty Love card? The card is valid in Larkspur Restaurant for lunch (ski season only), happy hour or dinner. It is valid in Larkspur Market (ski season only) for all items. The card is valid when purchasing a gift card. (If you are redeeming a gift card, new Loyalty Love points apply to the total after the gift card amount is subtracted.) The Loyalty Love card is not valid at Larkburger or Avondale.

 

What else do I need to know about the Loyalty Love program? There are a few rules to the program; please follow these to maximize the benefit of your Loyalty Love card:

  • One name per card. Our POS system will not recognize two names on a card and will not grant your points.
  • The name on the Loyalty Love card must match the name on the credit card paying the bill. If multiple cards are being used, the points will be applied only to the portion being paid by the Loyalty Love cardholder.
  • Similarly, when a check is being paid by cash and the Loyalty Love card is presented, the cardholder must also present a photo ID.
  • Larkspur reserves the right to void any card that is used inappropriately.
